We are a creative arts, education and mentoring charity based in Bournemouth and Poole working under Frontier Youth Trust. We provide bespoke packages of support for young people aged 7 to 19. Through our unique approach, we work with over 800 young people each week across 15 community and school locations.
At AIM we give young people the experience of being in a band, producing their own music, making their own movies, expressing themselves in performance – all with experience session leaders and youth workers, so that everyone has the attention they deserve.
As well as our amazing staff team, our state of the art equipment means we can provide the most up to date sessions, so young people can work with the industry standard technology.
We want each young person who works with us to know that – no matter what their level of skill – their creativity is previous. When we talk about what we want the AIMCommunity experience to be, we like to use words like “Home”, “Wholeness” and “Hope”. We use these words because that’s what we believe every young person should have.
