About Dame Hannah Rogers Charity

Our Vision is a world where disability is incidental.

Dame Hannah Rogers Charity (Hannahs) is a pioneering charity that has worked with, and championed, disadvantaged and vulnerable children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities for 250 years.

Hannahs at Ivybridge is home to our school from 3+ years, respite centre, children’s home and Hannahwood – where we help older students increase their life skills for the big world. Our holistic approach offers professional support from our therapists, teachers, medical staff and care team.

Hannahs at Seale Hayne in Newton Abbot was opened in 2010 as an innovative and ground breaking solution to complete the lack of facilities for people with disabilities once they reach adulthood. It is an amazing place for the community, of all the abilities, where they can train, learn, work and live to their full potential without judgment or limit.

We work with more than 1500 children, young people and adults every year and provide support for their families.
